1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Express ("the Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Risk Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Express FZE, a company registered in the Dubai Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform.
- Use of this Platform is void where prohibited by local laws or regulations.
- You represent that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
- One account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be suspended without notice.
3. Deposits & Investment
All deposits on the Platform are made in USDT (BEP-20) to wallet addresses provided by Express.
⚠ Minimum Deposit Warning: Any deposit made below the minimum required amount will be considered non-refundable and permanently lost. The Platform cannot recover sub-minimum deposits due to the automated nature of blockchain transactions. Always verify the minimum deposit amount before initiating any transfer.
- Deposits must meet the minimum threshold to activate and earn ROI.
- ROI accrual begins only after deposit confirmation on the blockchain.
- The Platform reserves the right to modify ROI rates, cooling periods, and minimum deposit amounts at any time with prior notice.
- Deposits are subject to a cooling/lock-in period as specified on your dashboard before they become eligible for withdrawal.
4. Withdrawals & Crypto Addresses
⚠ Wrong Wallet Address — Zero Liability: Express is NOT responsible for funds sent to an incorrect, invalid, or incompatible cryptocurrency wallet address entered by the user. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a withdrawal is processed to the address you provided, it cannot be recalled or reversed. Always double-check your wallet address before submitting a withdrawal request.
- Users are solely responsible for providing the correct USDT wallet address and network (BEP-20).
- Withdrawals to wrong networks (e.g., entering an incorrect BEP-20 address) will result in permanent loss of funds for which Express bears no responsibility.
- Withdrawal requests are processed automatically by our system. Processing time may vary based on blockchain congestion.
- The Platform reserves the right to hold or review withdrawal requests that trigger fraud or security alerts.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed on your dashboard.
5. Referral Program
- The referral bonus is earned only when referred users make active deposits.
- Referral bonuses are calculated based on active downlines across 3 levels as described in the platform.
- Manipulation of the referral system (e.g., self-referrals, fake accounts) will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all earnings.
- Express reserves the right to audit and adjust referral bonuses at its sole discretion.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any illegal activity.
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit referral bonuses.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform.
- Providing false identity or financial information.
- Sharing account credentials with third parties.
Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account termination and legal action where applicable.
7. Limitation of Liability
Express and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Loss of funds due to user error (wrong address, sub-minimum deposits, etc.)
- Losses arising from blockchain network failures, delays, or congestion.
- Losses due to force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or regulatory changes.
- Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to failure to secure login credentials.
- Market volatility or changes in the value of cryptocurrency assets.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
9. Amendments
Express reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
